Fee Schedule


Accreditation Fees 

The ICAC is a largely volunteer organization that was established to provide certification accreditation to small and mid-sized certification programs at an affordable cost.  Our fees are designed to be as low as possible while still providing enough revenue to maintain a bare-bones administrative infrastructure.

 

 

Initial Accreditation Fees include:

US $ 800       One-Time Application Fee

US $2,200     On-Site Assessment Fee*

* The assessment fee provides two assessors for one- two days at your location.  Travel and accommodation costs will be assessed in addition to this fee.  We will work with you to minimize these travel costs.  Larger programs (which may take more time) or sites located outside the continental US may require that we negotiate a specific fee for the assessment.

On-Going Accreditation Costs:

US $ 200         ICAC Annual Membership

US $ 1,000     On-Site Surveillance Fee (Required in the 3rd year of accreditation)*
